Galizia guarantees the quality of workmanship and parts for life.   If the original purchaser finds Galizia cases defective for workmanship or parts Galizia will repair or replace the product at it's option and sole discretion.  If Galizia product was purchased from a Reseller it must be registered in writing with Galizia within 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for the warranty.  If an exact replaceable product or parts are not available Galizia reserves the right to substitute with one that closely resembles it.

Lifetime warranty applies to Galizia manufactured cases only and excludes normal wear and tear, scuff-marks, scratches, natural change in leather and wood, natural faults in leather and wood, damage caused by improper use, airline damage and damage caused by extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Request for Warranty Service

To request warranty service, you must first obtain Warranty Service Authorization Number from Galizia.  If Galizia determines the warranty service requires product return, Galizia will issue a Warranty Service Authorization Number. You must ship the products back to Galizia in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Galizia will ship the repaired or replacement product to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions). Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect. If Galizia repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
